Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list is out 📋 The average age of people on the 2024 list is 27, and the youngest is Matilda star, Alisha Weir who’s just 14 Women make up 37% of the list, which is an increase on last year when they made up 33%  23% self-identify as people of colour, although 12% declined to self-identify  But how do you actually get on it?
