Taqueria Mi Pueblo 2264 E Benson Highway Been craving some good Mexican food and this definitely hit the spot. I order the caramelo asada, the birriachan, and the quesobirrias with vichi. The caramelo hit the spot. The meat was cooked perfect and tender....dipped it in the vichi for a little extra. The birriachan was so full of perfectly tender meat and really flavorful broth. Topped it with a little onion and cilantro from their veggie and salsa bar. The real show stoppers were the quesobirrias though. The amount of meat and cheese that just oozed from these things....they really FILL them up! I will definitely be going back and again!
